MOVEMENT

‘DISCIPLINE’ is the result of 20 + years of experience.
I help people build consistency with their training in a way that is both effective and enjoyable. My approach combines strength training, functional movement, fat loss, and overall healthy living—so you’re not just chasing short-term results, but building a strong, capable body that supports you long term.

Training should feel rewarding, not like a chore, and I work closely with you to make sure it fits into your lifestyle while still delivering real progress.

I also work alongside physiotherapists when needed, ensuring your training supports injury management and recovery safely and effectively.

I design personalised training programs and nutrition plans tailored to your individual goals, experience level, and daily routine. With regular weekly check-ins, you’ll have the accountability, support, and guidance needed to stay on track and keep progressing.

I place a strong emphasis on lifting with proper form and building strength safely, so you can train with confidence and get the most out of every session. Every program is structured to support your goals and help you move forward with clarity and purpose.

STRENGTH AS YOU AGE

Strength training becomes increasingly important as we age, with bone density naturally declining by around 1% per year after the age of 35.

My focus is on helping you build and maintain strong, resilient muscles and bones through effective, progressive resistance training—so you can move better, stay independent, and enjoy a high quality of life for years to come.

I am particularly passionate about supporting perimenopausal and menopausal women, where strength training plays a powerful role not only in preserving bone density and muscle mass, but also in improving hormonal balance, boosting energy, and enhancing mental wellbeing. Lifting weights isn’t just about fitness—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and confident at every stage of life.

NUTRITION

Nutrition doesn’t need to be restrictive or overwhelming to be effective. While what you eat absolutely matters, it should fit into your real lifestyle—not the other way around.

You can still enjoy the foods you love, with a focus on balance, portion control, and consistency rather than perfection. No foods are completely off-limits; it’s about creating sustainable habits that support your goals while allowing you to live your life.

This approach makes nutrition easier to stick to long-term, which is where real results happen.

Boxing

The addiction started in 2000 when my uncle introduced me to Thaiboxing in his garage. After that, I learnt from the best like pro-boxer Peter Graham, followed by multiple visits to training camps in Thailand. In 2003, I took it upon myself to start training my own clients.
From thaiboxing to kickboxing and boxing, my pad work covers a lot of ground.

Now with over 20 years in pad work, I’ve developed a level of fitness and sense of discipline I wouldn’t have ever imagined. Not to mention, it’s a great outlet for stress with great fitness and fat loss benefits.

A lot of my clients were intimidated by pad work at first, but like me, soon they became addicted. Whether you’re an experienced gym-goer or new to the floor, I highly
recommend giving boxing a go. We’ll make it fun.
